What is the admin panel?
A private login page for your site. You sign in from any browser and edit your text, prices, photos, events, and products. Changes go live in about a minute.
Who owns the site?
You own your content, logo, and domain. If you host it on your own free account, the whole site is yours. If you choose our Hosting add-on, we keep it running for you.
Is a domain name included?
No. Domains cost about $10–$20 per year and should be in your name. We help you buy it and connect it to your site.
What do you need from me?
Your logo (or the Logo add-on), photos, your business details, and what you want visitors to do. The intake form walks you through it.
How do revisions work?
Once you get your preview link, you can request unlimited changes for 14 days. Changes that add new pages or features after that are quoted separately.
When does the timeline start?
Delivery times are in business days and start once your payment and complete intake form are in.
Can I get a refund on my deposit?
The deposit reserves your build slot and covers design work. It is non-refundable once design work has started. See your build agreement for full terms.
Are there monthly fees?
No monthly fee is required. Hosting on your own account is free. Our Hosting and Monthly care add-ons are optional.
